I would like to have a table on the top right of every window linking contacts and a few other pages. You had mentioned that the banner function might be a good way to do this.

That is correct, but cirrently your design and nav will not support the extra room.

What I had in mind was something like a navbar on the top right corner of the page that just had two or three buttons for contact and info.
