It would be very helpful to me if there was a way to add a self populating site map that I could link from. I don’t know how this works.

I have created the page for you - but this is how I did it.
  1. Content Editing
  2. Page Management
  3. Create a New Page
  4. Edit the Page Content
  5. Add a page header
  6. Expand the External Applications options
  7. Select Site Map from the Include List
  8. Finish
  9. Activate
You'll want to add it somewhere into the navigation.

Some Classes associated with the Site Map are:
.siteMapTable {padding: 10px 0px 0px 0px;}
.siteMapBullet {}
.siteMapTD {}
.siteMapTitle {}
.siteMapTitle:link ,
.siteMapTitle:active {color: #000000;}
.siteMapTitle:visited,
.siteMapTitle:hover {color: #AAAAAA;}
.siteMapBrowserTitle {font-size: 13px;}
.siteMapDescription {font-size: 12px;}

If you don't want a specific page showing up in the Site Map, you can exclude it by going to the Page Properties section and Check to Exclude Site Map in Attributes fir the specific page.

 Awesome, and thanks for showing me how to do it.
