Well the information form the Customer Survey has been coming in and there seems to be a trend emerging.
Admins are not sure how to get help, ask a question or where to go for support issues?
So please allow me a few seconds to point out a verity of different methods for getting your questions answered.
But if you are logged into the main administration of any iControl WebStudio you will see that on the admin home page there are several way of linking to support.
